Most MIT Health services are included with tuition, but sometimes you might need off-campus care. Visit the MIT Student Insurance office webpage to learn about the MIT Student Health Insurance Plan (MIT SHIP).

MIT SHIP covers medical services you receive off campus, anywhere in the country.

You can use HealthELife to securely send messages to your healthcare providers, have a video visit with a clinician, or view your test results and medical records.

All incoming students must complete the Student Medical Report Form, with no exceptions.

For most new students, a completed Student Medical Report Form will provide all the information we need.
