Sign up for HealthELife
        
            You can use HealthELife to securely send messages to your healthcare providers, have a video visit with a clinician, or view your test results and medical records.
        
            
Submit the Student Medical Report Form
        
            All incoming students must complete the Student Medical Report Form, with no exceptions.

            Healthcare at MIT Health is included with tuition. It doesn’t matter whether you waived MIT’s Student Health Insurance Plan (MIT SHIP) or have MIT SHIP coverage.
