The Patient Experience Representative plays a crucial role in ensuring the highest level of satisfaction and comfort for our patients. The Registered Nurse demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide nursing care to the patient population of their assigned service area.

Physician Primary Care/Clinical Director, Lexington

The Clinical Director is responsible for the management and quality assurance of all clinical services at MIT Health Lexington including training and supervision for all clinical staff and Licensed Independent Practitioners.

The Family or Internal Medicine physician provides primary care to MIT Health patients within a team-based care model.
