Meet your care team

When you choose to get your primary care at MIT Health, you won’t just get a primary care provider; you’ll have an entire team of healthcare professionals on your side.

Adult Primary Care

Primary Care at MIT Health provides a wide range of patient-centered care, from routine check-ups and preventive care to diagnosis and treatment of illnesses or injuries and management of chronic conditions.

When your infant, child, or adolescent needs care, MIT Health offers convenience, quality, flexibility, and a number of providers accepting new patients.

Overview

MIT Health’s Primary Care Service is available for telehealth visits* and in-person appointments, including same-day visits and chronic disease follow-ups. 

Our primary care team at MIT Health provides personalized, complete care for patients including:

  • Routine physicals
  • Diagnosis and treatment of illnesses
  • Management of chronic conditions
  • Routine health screenings
  • Preventive care
  • Care coordination
*Because some states have laws restricting the provision of telehealth services across state lines, MIT Health’s telehealth services are available only to patients who are physically located in Massachusetts at the time of the appointment. Beginning October 1, 2025, Medicare will no longer cover telehealth appointments at MIT Health or elsewhere, and some Medicare supplement plans may also not cover telehealth appointments.
