Local Integrative Services

The following integrative service providers are recommended by MIT Health. Check your MIT-sponsored insurance plan to see your coverage. 

Acupuncture/Chinese Medicine

MIT Health’s Acupuncture Service provides onsite acupuncture for individuals and their family members who are enrolled in the MIT Student Health Insurance Plan (MIT SHIP) or an MIT-sponsored employee health insurance plan*. MIT PPO+ and High Deductible Health Plans cover 24 visits per calendar year. MIT SHIP is 20 visits/year. Copayments will vary depending on your insurance coverage. All initial appointments must be scheduled by phone or in person.
