Overview
Our Medical Records Service securely stores your electronic medical records and safeguards your medical privacy in accordance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA).
To request medical or dental records, visit the MIT Health portal hosted by our health records partner, RecordQuest. The portal is the preferred method of submitting all health records requests. Paper/hard copies will be accepted if necessary, but may result in delays.
