Student Mental Health and Counseling (SMH&C) and the Division for Student Life (DSL) are collaborating to introduce Togetherall — a free 24/7 support service for MIT students where students can anonymously find peer support from trained undergraduate and graduate students. Togetherall also provides licensed and registered mental health practitioners to support the peer counselors. This ensures the safety and anonymity of all members.

Students who sign up for Togetherall also have access to additional useful resources, including tailored self-help modules on anxiety, sleep, stress management, and more. Participants can chat virtually, individually, or in groups with peers from other campuses worldwide. This one-minute video explains more.
