MyLife Services
MyLife Services—an employee benefit for faculty, staff, postdoc associates and postdoc fellows, and household members—provides up to four free and confidential counseling sessions per person, per concern, with a licensed mental health professional. If you or a household member continue to see a mental health professional for an ongoing concern after those four sessions, you may use your health insurance coverage, and copayments may be required.
MyLife Services can provide individual or family counseling for issues including:
- Stress, anxiety, and depression
- Relationship difficulties
- Grief
- Substance abuse or addiction
- Sleep difficulties
- Nutrition concerns
- Other issues of everyday life

Health coaching is an approach to guiding people through behavioral change via goal setting, accountability, and support. A health and wellness coach can help you identify your health priorities and come up with a customized plan to reach your goals.
