About Us

MIT Health is an ambulatory Care Center serving the 35,000+ members of the MIT community—including students, faculty, employees, retirees, and families. We manage some 100,000 visits every year, proudly continuing a tradition of caring that spans more than a century. Our clinical offerings encompass approximately 20 specialties, including dentistry, ophthalmology, adult primary care, family medicine, and primary care pediatrics, mental health and counseling, obstetrics, gynecology, and radiology. We also provide occupational and employee health services, community wellness programs, and seven-day-a-week urgent care.

Document Imaging Representative

The Document Imaging Representative is responsible for all functions related to medical records inclusive of but not limited to; ensuring the privacy of PHI, accuracy of clinical and non-clinical document review and uploading in the Electronic Medical Record, performing department wide quality audits, and collaborates across the department/service areas as needed. 

Dental Hygienist

The Dental Hygienist provides appropriate dental care and oral hygiene instruction to patients.

Medical Assistant, Primary Care

The Medical Assistant (MA), Primary Care is responsible for assisting physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and nurses with evaluation, management, and treatment of patients.
