Group health-coaching workshops and classes

Group health coaching workshops and classes are available on an ongoing basis. With a health-coaching class, you can benefit from support and accountability as you work on health-behavior changes with a group of people with similar goals. You can even sign up with a friend. MIT Health’s Student Mental Health & Counseling offers a variety of support, discussion, and skill-based groups for MIT Students. To learn more about any group, contact the group leader(s).

MIT Spouses & Partners Connect

Did you come to MIT with your husband, wife, or significant other? This group organizes activities that help you make friends, learn a new language, and get information about living, working, and parenting in Boston. 

Parent Support Group

Free support groups provide safe and nurturing spaces for parents with their babies to give and receive support, ask questions, and begin building a parent community.

All groups and services are nonsectarian and open to all parents in the community.
