Group Health-Coaching Workshops and Classes
MIT Health's Community Wellness offers group health-coaching workshops and classes to help you find motivation, information, and inspiration for your wellness goals. For additional support, our health coaches will connect you with resources to help you create a personalized wellness plan that works for you. Nutrition, Fitness, and Wellbeing
MIT Health's Community Wellness codeveloped several courses for students that are available for physical education credit through the Department of Athletics, Physical Education, and Recreation (DAPER). Topics include the components and benefits of a healthy diet, physical activity, and stress management, as well as tips on achieving personal goals and boosting productivity.
Whether your goal is weight management, improved athletic performance, or managing a medical condition, MIT Recreation’s nutrition program can provide you with the tools you need to sustain a meal plan that fits your lifestyle.

Other Resources
The MIT Center for WorkLife and WellBeing offers free, confidential services for graduate students, faculty, staff, and postdocs to receive wellness consultations by phone for sleep, stress, nutrition, and other topics.
